JOAN

Joan's areas of expertise encompasses strategic planning, business development, qualitative & quantitative research, marketing communications (offline and digital) creative development, media planning & buying, database/direct-marketing, public relations and content writing, 

 

She provides business leadership input, which adds value to support management vision and in the creation of strategic direction and branding.


She works in collaboration with sales teams to create and implement channel sales strategies to generate sales via new business development, cross-selling, up-selling, training and support.

Joan offers the ability and skill set to provide creative, innovative, enthusiastic and forward-thinking leadership in a team environment.  

​

She is a mentor and business advisor to Local Enterprise Offices in Wexford, Waterford, Kilkenny and Carlow.

She is on Enterprise Ireland's panel for  journalism and copywriting content.

CAROLINE

Caroline offers expertise in supporting the implementation of marketing communications strategy, driving measurable marketing campaigns. 

 

Her areas of expertise involves writing marketing content and managing a range of marketing tools and materials to ensure they are on brand, accurate, exciting and distributed to maximise customer engagement.

 

She is skilled at managing marketing activities associated with new product or service launches, product campaigns and client events ensuring that they adhere to agreed commercial objectives.

 

Caroline is skilled in the planning and implementation of effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns including website development, online content production and promotion, email marketing & measurement and social media promotion.

SCOTT

Scott’s areas of expertise includes project management: provides support on projects to ensure all deeds and outputs are quality assured and align with the client’s brief.

 

He is also responsible for updating social media content and CRM campaigns, using his analytical skills to use available data to reveal customer behaviour, the effectiveness of various marketing and sales approaches to quickly understand market, sales and customer trends and patterns to lead to better, more successful and profitable marketing and sales efforts.

 

Scott is skilled at handling large amounts data, meeting and exceeding operational and administrative expectations in compliance with set KPIs and service level agreements.
